A very rare and nicely toned dekadrachm of Arsinoe II

PTOLEMAIC KINGS OF EGYPT. Arsinoe II, wife of Ptolemy II, died 270 BC. Dekadrachm (Silver, 35 mm, 34.66 g, 12 h), Alexandria, circa 253/2-250/49. Diademed and veiled bust of deified Arsinoe II with ram's horn to right, with the tip of a lotos scepter at the top of her head; behind to left, EE. Rev. ΑΡΣΙΝΟΗΣ ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦΟΥ Double cornucopiae bound with fillet and with two grape bunches hanging at sides. CPE 347. Svoronos 940. Troxell Group III, p. 44 and pl. 7,6. Very rare and nicely toned. Minor marks and with some cleaning scratches on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
